Duty Days for Members
Duty Days are essential for us to continue running our club and are also necessary for your points to count towards the end of year presentation evening.(Purple Party)
We recognise that often duties get in the way of competing so we have made the following changes:
You can nominate (with their agreement) an ADULT to do your duty for you.
If you choose to do this you must let the duty officer know in advance, giving your name, the name of the person doing the duty for you and a contact phone number for them.
Duty Days for Non-Members
If you aren’t a Member, but would like to help, Helpers are always needed !! See below for details.
We often need additional helpers at our shows. This could be setting up, clearing away or stewarding for example (full instructions and support for helpers is always given, so don’t be daunted).
Dates of shows are regularly posted on the website and on Facebook so do keep looking and let Kate Woods (our duty day co-ordinator) know
