Each year there are several chances to compete at area competitions for CDRC as part of a team or individually. 

Chapel are members of area 3 of the Northern Liason Group (NLG) and throughout the year individuals and teams go and compete against other clubs in our area.  The winners of these competitions then go forward to the British Riding Clubs (BRC) National championships.  It is a great opportunity to meet members from CDRC and other clubs, there is a great team spirit and competitors of all levels are catered for.

We don’t have a team organiser at present but if anyone is interested then please contact any member of the committee.  Entries usually have to be in 1 month before the competition.  If you are interested then ask.  Try and give the committee notice of your interest and then we stand a chance of organising either a team entry or sending you as an individual to our area competition.  Unfortunately we don’t have crystal balls and unless you come forward and express an interest then we won’t know.  YOU CAN PESTER AND ASK QUESTIONS WE DON’T BITE.  If we don’t know the answer we will do our best to find out for you.  All horses and ponies must have an up to date flu certificate to take part at area & national competitions.
